I entered 30K of rental income and when I go to the business page it shows 52K in income. Why is it showing an amount I didn't enter?

On the rents and royalties summary, it shows 52K in QBI but I only had one 1099K for less than 30K

To clarify, is the only business income you recorded was $30K from the 1099K or did you enter other income?
