I do not know whether I need Deluxe or Premier. I receive income from a Trust (K1), and I have interest and capital gains from mutual fund investments.

You will need at least Premier to enter any Schedule K-1's that you have received. And Schedule D for Capital Gains and Losses will also be in Premier version. Deluxe will not handle those. You can find the Premier version here https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/premier.jsp
