I bought a house for 70k and 55k in cash. How can I get this fund back to pay my debt ?

The amount paid for the rental properties is recovered over their useful lives by taking depreciation on them.

It is great paying a large amount of cash for them, however the recovery of the cost of the asset is only recovered through depreciation taken.
