If you do not wan to claim the rental property as QBI then you can just delete the form 8995-A
In TurboTax online,
If you need additional information about form 8995-A
About Form 8995-A, Qualified Business Income Deduction ...
That's not quite enough, as either the 8995 will just "come back" or the program will mark it's absence as an error on the final review checks prior to e-filing.
You also need to edit the rental property and get to the rental summary screen. The one that asks for Property Profile, income, Expenses, Vehicle Expenses. On that screen click the "Done with Rental Property" button and work it through. One of the screens will have the selection on it for QBI. Select/unselect as needed, and then "CONTINUE" working through the screens until you are returned to the "Rental and Royalty Summary" screen. That should do it.
