I am at the mortgage deduction summary and it says not to include my rental yet I just completed that information. Rental and home (duplex) only mortgage I have....?

It means don't duplicate the entries by entering them here again.  If you chose to have the program allocate the amounts when you were doing the rental property expenses, the allocation to your personal expenses has already been made.
