If the property in MD is your only rental property that is reported on Schedule E and you have no other rental income sources (such as from a K-1), then you can take a look at your Federal Form 1040 Schedule 1 Line 17. If it is a positive number, then the rental property generated income instead of a loss.
If the rental property is not your only source of rental income, then you will need to take a look at the Schedule E itself to determine if the property had an overall gain or loss. Take a look at line 21 under the column that your property is reported on.
If you are using TurboTax online you will need to pay your fee in order to be able to print/view your return before you file it.
