How to enter custodial fees charged by foreign brokerage?

Hi,

Using TT, Home & Business desktop version.

Where do I enter custodial fees that a foreign brokerage charges me every month? This is an investment expense.

Such fees are no longer deductible on your federal return but some states may allow it.

No wonder I can't find that during the interview process. I am in Texas so there won't be any deductibles.
