Are you using TurboTax Deluxe Online (your profile shows that)?

If so, you need to upgrade to Premium in order to add capital gains and losses.

How to add Long-term Capital gains and Losses

To enter an Investment Sale using the online editions -

Click on Wages & Income

Click on Investment and Savings

As stated you will be required to upgrade to the Premium edition
