So I let it rest overnight, and it then allowed me to enter two more properties, then it quit again, looping me the same. Arghhh!

Re cache/cookies, I did as you suggested, but none of that worked. I was able to talk with support a few days ago, and after some explanation, I was told there is a technical problem that they are working on and I should expect an email with report when it is fixed. Presumably others have reported the same glitch. Here's hoping they get it fixed. Still wondering if it is peculiar to the online version. Neither the help contact nor his supervisor had ever encountered anybody with eleven properties to report, though the system is supposed to support up to 45.
...and also tried Safari after Chrome failed, also after clearing cache and cookies. No go. Of course I keep getting emails from TurboTax telling me I will get a great price if I finish by 28 Feb. That obviously won't happen, but apparently IRS has a delay on the software for the foreign dividends page, so there is that, too.
Hello, I too am experiencing the same problem. I was also able to escape the loop temporarily and finish a couple of houses, but it is back now. I’ll continue to call support and post if I have any success but no luck so far. I don’t understand why I can’t be connected to an IT Specialist.

I think I finally got lucky with the 4th person I talked to. I think this happened because the 3rd person gave me some bad advice second hand from a supervisor, and that left me with a property (and its previous depreciation info) erased (don't do that). So this 4th person bailed me out, mainly by helping me find the erased data. Her solution was just trying again, with no real understanding of why it eventually worked. She told me she was sending the problem to tech to solve (and this time I believed her) because she clearly saw that it was a problem--sent tech multiple pics of my desktop pages. But I later got a message that the problem had been solved (obviously wasn't, given your case). So my advice is keep calling, maybe complain about previous non-help. The person that finally got recruited to help me was apparently told that I was "upset." I wasn't, but perhaps that is the key. Good luck!
Ok, I was able to escape the loop as described above. It could just be coincidence, but it worked for me twice. So I waited two days and came back, I was able to complete 2 more properties with no problem but on the third, the loop started again. Super frustrating. So, I was just randomly navigating through that section (Rental Properties and Royalties under Wages and Income). I decided to select "Edit" of one of the properties that I had already completed. I just clicked through and reviewed my entries and then selected "Done." When I went back to the property which I had not started on because of the loop, the loop was gone and I was able to enter my income and expenses.
Believe me, I have no understanding as to why this worked, but just posting for anyone else who may have this super aggravating problem. Good luck!
