I think I finally got lucky with the 4th person I talked to. I think this happened because the 3rd person gave me some bad advice second hand from a supervisor, and that left me with a property (and its previous depreciation info) erased (don't do that). So this 4th person bailed me out, mainly by helping me find the erased data. Her solution was just trying again, with no real understanding of why it eventually worked. She told me she was sending the problem to tech to solve (and this time I believed her) because she clearly saw that it was a problem--sent tech multiple pics of my desktop pages. But I later got a message that the problem had been solved (obviously wasn't, given your case). So my advice is keep calling, maybe complain about previous non-help. The person that finally got recruited to help me was apparently told that I was "upset." I wasn't, but perhaps that is the key. Good luck!
