Since you are filing a joint tax return, it does not matter if the carryover is from you or from your spouse's accounts.

Unfortunately, this option does not seem to be available for online version. I have not figured out a way to input the spouses carryover info.

Yes, it is available using the online editions and the Premier online edition that your post shows you are using.
Click on Federal on the left side of the online program screen
Click on Wages & Income at the top of the online program screen
Scroll down to Investment Income
Click on Show More
On Capital Loss Carryover, click the start button
Unfortunately, it is using my information and it does not allow a new entry for my spouse. It comes up as "revisit" instead of "start". It thinks that the capital los carryover from 2020 is 0 and I am not sure how to override that to include information from my spouse.

Did you identify yourself as the first taxpayer on the return? If so, you may need to reverse the order. With your spouse as the primary taxpayer, TurboTax should allow your spouse to enter the carryover loss at issue. Enter the carryover in the manner described by @DoninGA.
Thanks for the reply. Yes, I am the primary taxpayer. Do you know if there is any other way to enter my spouse's carryover? I would like to keep myself as a primary and I also do not want to restart the tax return from scratch.
Yes, go to Income & Expenses, and when you scroll down the page to Investment Income, select Capital Loss Carryover. If you have your spouse's prior year tax return, you should be able to enter the carryover loss amounts. Your prior year return does not have any carryover losses; however, because you are filing jointly now, you should be able to add your spouse's carryover losses in this section.
I am having an issue with the online version. Once it imports primary person's info, it has no option to override and enter for the spouse that I can see. I may have to buy the non-online version which I have used for many years. :(
Have you updated your marital status and added your spouse's personal info in TurboTax?
If you are filing a joint return, enter the capital loss carryover from your spouse's return if you don't have any.
