How can I file a Certificate of Rent Paid (CRP) when the only income is Social Security Benefits?

Not sure how to do this based on the new process for 2024 filing.

Rent is not deductible on a Federal return. However, you may receive a tax credit for rent depending on your state of residency. This would be entered in the state section of the software. What is your state of residency?
