Form 3468 line 2a IRS-issued registration number

Is there any exemption from this requirement? This is for a passthrough credit from a 1065, a property rental where solar was installed in 2023. I did the installation myself, so there is no registration. Does that mean the 30% credit is not available to me?

No. This is an IRS Known Issue. If you enter ""TMXXX99XXXXX" on Line 2a, the form error will be gone.
