form 1041 allowable deductions

is lawn care considered an admin expense for the purpose of a 1041 deduction?  it is for decedent's vacant house while the house was cleaned out and estate sales occurred and while waiting to sell.  they used to mow it themselves so this expense is incurred because of waiting for the property to be emptied after 70 years of living there

It is considered a 'Repair and Maintenance' expense.  Not an admin expense.
