For my rental property, the "Rental Percentage Use" I did not live in my rental property at anytime during 2016. What percentage do I place?

If it was a rental the entire year, it is 100%. The question has more to do with vacation homes, when someone lives in the home for some time and rents the home out for a certain time also.
