Estate has a NOL from a home sale. need help

Thank you in advance for reading and responding.

My brother died last year on the 21st of January of 2022. He had no income during 2022, but he had an inherited house that I sold. In selling the home we encured a loss of (~$17K). Because of the that loss and behing that he had no income, the estate ended up with an NOL of ~$7400.

I have tried to submit, and the return just gets returned. What do I do?
