Erroneously generated Form 4255

Turbotax erroneously generates Form 4255 for Illinois. If I were to delete it from the Forms view, it generates it again

You won't be able to permanently delete the form if there is any data in the form.  Review the form and delete any data entered on the form.  If there are amounts flowing to the form you want to delete from other forms, you will have to delete the entries on the document the data is flowing from.

@DavidD66 you are correct that form 4255 cannot be deleted because it's populated.

The real question is "why is it being populated".

TurboTax copied the value from Schedule M line 12 (Total additions) not just to IL 1040 line 3 (as the instructions for Schedule M say), but also to form 4255, line 19 (Distributive share of recapture from partnerships and S corporations from Schedule(s) K-1-P) in Column A which is titled "Enterprise Zone or River Edge Redevelopment
Zone Investment Credit recapture". 

Why was it done? Any help will be greatly appreciated
