I am on the "Enter Escrow Fees" page
The page asks "Fill in the following fees you paid when you bought your property. You can find this information on the settlement papers sent by your lender or escrow company"
fees you paid is in bold? Does this mean when looking at the closing disclosure I only tally up fees under borrower paid (me) and not sellers paid?

For the title insurance box would I enter the sum of "Title-Lender Title Insurance" and "Title - Owner's title insurance" given that both of these are borrower paid loan costs? One is in the closing disclosure loan section B and the other in the other section H .
For the legal fees box would tallying up any fee related to the title paid by the borrower be ok to enter here?
