E-filed 1099-NEC on January 31st, but turbotax only submitted on February, 1st. Am I in trouble?

I e-filed on January 31st around 2PM Eastern, and under my forms showed "e-file processing".

For my surprise I received an email today stating: "The following form1099Nec forms were electronically submitted to the IRS on Feb 01, 2024:"

Am I receiving a late penalty fee from the IRS because of this?

Thank you,

Guilherme

My experience is you likely will not be penalized for missing the Form W-3 filing deadline by a few days. If you do receive a penalty, have documentation supporting you efforts to have it filed on time and you can protest the IRS's ruling.
