Does anyone know how to enter details on page 2 of Schedule E if there is no rental income or royalties?

Page 2 of the SCH E is for information from a K-1 only. So if you don't have a K-1 from a 1065 partnership, S-Corp or C-Corp reporting passive income, you have nothing to enter on page 2 of any SCH E.
