Yes, you need to add a Form 1099-B when received (even if it under $600).

To add Form 1099-B

Sign in to TurboTax
Select "Take me to my return"
Type "Form 1099-B" in the "Search" option and press enter.
Click "Jump to 1099-B"
Select "Yes" on the "Did you sell any investments in 2017?" screen.
Select "+ Add Sales" to add Form 1099-B.
