You'll have to look at last year's IRS Form 8582 to see what you're unallowed losses for 2018 were. That form will be a part of your 1040 tax return - not your 1065 partnership return.
Yes, of course, thank you. However, this is a TurboTax software problem. There does not seem to be any way for me to enter that information. At least, not as far as I can see.
A capital loss carryover would be entered in the investment section of TurboTax, as shown here, it would be reported on schedule D:
Thanks to that, too. But it still doesn't seem to be the answer. Perhaps I should have said that the capital loss carryover in question is from the LLC, the LLC to which the K-1 pertains. It is not a capital loss carryover of my personal investments, the latter appears to be the only thing I can appropriately enter in the "investment section".
Perhaps it would help if I mention that the capital loss carryover in question appears on my 2018 Form 8582, Passive Activity Loss Limitations.

As an alternative, after you save a copy of what you have so far, from the left menu, select Tax Tools>Clear and Start Over
Sign out of your program.
Close your browser window.
Open a new, incognito browser window in Chrome.
Sign In to your TurboTax program.
Check your details in your Partnership.
