Please clarify what prevents you from entering income for your third rental property. Do you receive an error message? Is the Income line missing? Can you enter other activity for this property?

I know this may be obvious, but I point it out for clarity. When you have more than one rental property, you deal with one rental property at a time, start to finish, in it's entirety. You don't even start the next rental property until the one you're working on is completely done.

Now, assuming 2021 is your first year dealing with this 3rd property, meaning you are entering it manually on your 2021 tax return, you very well may have inadvertently made an error in one of your selection boxes for that property. I would suggest you go back to the rental property summary screen, delete the property and then enter it anew making sure you take your time, read the small print on each screen, and give special attention to the details.

More than likely by the time you got to the 3rd property your mind was "i know this" and you missed something trivial without realizing it. So deleting that property and starting over with it may do the trick.
