Claim of right over $3,000 Where do I enter in Turbo Deluxe?

How can i do this same thing in Turbotax Premier 2021 when its less than 3k?

Yes, you can report a Claim of Right under $3,000 using the Other Deductible Expenses section of Deductions & Credits. Be sure to read the previous posts in this thread for more information about this claim.

Here are the entry steps again:

1. Login to your TurboTax account or open your tax return in your TurboTax software.
2. Click on Federal Taxes and then Deductions & Credits.
3. Locate the section Other Deductions and Credits (you may first need to click on show all tax breaks if working online or I’ll choose what I work on if working in the installed version of TurboTax.)
4. Click Start (or Revisit) beside Other Deductible Expenses.
5. Follow the interview to "Did you have any of these less common expenses?" and answer yes (you'll see "Repayments of $3,000 of less (previously included in income)" on this page.
6. Enter a Description and the amount, then continue back to Deductions & Credits.
