Can investment fees be deducted from Virginia state taxes in 2018?

I am not able to deduct investment fees from on my fed return but what about on the Virginia return?

UPDATED FOR TAX YEAR 2019

No - investment fees cannot be deducted from VA state taxes in 2019. Virginia generally conforms to the federal regulations and does not include miscellaneous deductions subject to the 2% floor.
