Only if you itemize deductions. Then it would be part of deductions for medical expenses for 'medical supplies and equipment'.

Yes and there may be other expenses you can claim. See About Publication 502, Medical and Dental Expenses - IRS. It is a quick read and worth it.

Even if you don't itemize on the federal, you might on your state return.
