Can Canadian citizens use this software to file tax returns for the rental property they own in the US ?

No. A Canadian citizen cannot use TurboTax to file tax returns for rental property owned in the U.S. You will need Form 1040-NR for that situation.

TurboTax does not support this form. We suggest using Sprintax.com.

I am assuming you are not living in the U.S. and are considered a non-resident.
