A 1099div and a 1099b in the same paper

Sometimes brokerage/investment companies will issue a consolidated 1099 that has both your dividend (1099-DIV) and investment sales information (1099-B). 

You would need to treat these as two different forms and enter them separately. I have added instructions on how to enter each below:
