I have rental properties I manage under ENterprise #1 aggregated(has gains and losses with net positive). I also have K-1s for partnerships and also REITS. Do they also go under the ENterprise #1 or leave as separated ? No way the 250 hrs can be done on the K1 and REITS since they are passive investments
