1099-MISC Royalties from OK but live in TX with no land ownership nor business

Hi @DaveF1006 ,

I was enlightened by looking over OK 511-NR form this evening. It appears that my AGI plays a MAJOR part in figuring my OK income tax even though this income is small. OUCH!! I understand why I am taxed this way now.

1099-MISC Royalties from OK but live in TX with no land ownership nor business

Hello I’m filling the same 1099 misc and when I go to forms I see that all my federal income is pulled into the Oklahoma taxable income line even though i lived in Texas all year and earned that income in Texas. Can I override the federal lines? The program asks if i earned this income in Oklahoma and even though i enter a zero for that it still pulls over all my federal income aa oklahoma taxable

I have this exact same scenario EXCEPT, my royalty income is reported on a K-1 and not a 1099-MISC. I'm using TT online premium, and for the life of me, I cannot find anywhere on the federal or OK return where I can add OK withheld taxes.  Any ideas?
