1099-DIV Entry for investment from US obligations won't save

For 1099-DIV, TurboTax will not save my entry for the amount of interest from US Government obligations. This has never been a problem in previous years. Why won't it save? I keep being told to "review" and this entry will be blank. I can not submit my taxes. Can I deselect the option to list the amount here on federal and instead just add it as a deduction under state taxes?

I got an email that this was fixed but it IS NOT. It will not save the info I enter and still says Needs Review.

In the main Dividend entry screen, click the box "My form has info in other boxes" to open up the entire 1099-Div screen and enter your state in the state in box 13 then continue.  This was working earlier in the month.

We don't have specific information on the income qualifications or procedures for the third stimulus payment because the measure hasn't been passed yet. However, If you had issues receiving your earlier stimulus, then the best way to ensure that you are one of the first to receive any future stimulus payments is to file your 2020 tax return as early as possible and use direct deposit so that the IRS will have your updated information.

You can find the most up to date information from the IRS here, and updates from TurboTax here as they develop.
