1099-B Import from Fidelity failed by missing Form 6781 info

Form 6781, Gains and Losses from Sec 1256 Contracts and Straddles

Description of the issue. Using TurboTax Desktop Software (Mac version), I can only import partial info from my fidelity accounts. The Form 6781 (Gains and Losses from Sec 1256 Contracts and Straddles) part is missing from all accounts.

Tried switch browsers, clear cookies, online version. Nothing helped.

Questions:

(1) why? I have used TT for many years and never found this issue before.

(2) does anyone have the same or similar issue and have a solution to share?

(3)This is a killing issue because I have hundreds of transactions. Can I just get the summary data from Fidelity manually added to TT? I can't add all of them manually.

(5) Does anyone have any recommendations of reliable tax filing software rather than TT? Deadline is approaching and I can't afford a delay.
