It depends. If your parents are claiming you as a dependent, then NO, you do not need to enter anything on your return regarding health insurance.
If your parents are not claiming you, and the insurance is through the marketplace, then you would need to enter their 1095-A on your return. You would then check the box that says I shared this policy with another taxpayer and then enter their name and ssn. Then you would ask them how much of the premiums they allocated to themselves. You would take the remaining amount on your return. So if they allocated 75% to themselves you would claim 25%, if they did 100% you would claim 0%.

How did your employer "tax" an HSA? Do you live in California of New Jersey?
There are two types of HSA contributions: through the employer and not through the employer.
HSA contributions through the employer are reported on your W-2 in box 12 with a code of W. Note that this is through the employer - despite the name, these contributions can be from either employer or you through payroll deduction.
These HSA contributions are entered only in your W-2, not in the HSA interview.
HSA contributions not through the employer are called "personal", but that just means not through the employer. The HSA contributions can come from you, your spouse, or anyone eligible on the planet.
These HSA contributions are entered on the second line in the HSA interview on the screen titled "Let's enter [name]'s HSA contributions". Do not put any dollars that are part of the code W amount into the second line on this screen.

According to the IRS, income on Form 1099-PATR Box 5 should be reported as ordinary income. HOWEVER,
if the dividends in Box 1 of your 1099-PATR came from property purchased for personal use (or capital assets or depreciable property used in your business), you don't have to enter your 1099-PATR. Keep it with your tax records, though.
Most often, your Form 1099-PATR reports dividends associated with a farm or cooperative (co-op). You can also receive a 1099-PATR for other reasons (for example, a land bank mortgage or backup withholdings made on your behalf).
If your 1099-PATR isn't for farm or co-op dividends, it gets entered as general business income:
Open (continue) your return in TurboTax.
Inside TurboTax, search for business (schedule c) (use this exact phrase) and then select the Jump to link in the search results.
When asked Did you have any self-employment income or expenses? answer Yes.
If you'd previously entered self-employed income, you'll come to Your 2020 self-employed work summary. Select Add another line of work to enter information about your farm.
Follow the instructions to enter info about your farm.
When you get to Let's enter the income for your (type of farming) work, select Other self-employed income and Continue.
Enter the information from your 1099-PATR on the Tell us about other self-employed income screen.
Here is an article that explains Form 1099-PATR.

You will need to amend your 2025 return and remove him from your return. Since you can efile your amendment, you can wait for its acceptance. Once accepted, have your son electronically file his return again. Since your efile is accepted and a change has been recorded with the IRS, his return should be accepted by the IRS. Here are the steps on how to proceed with your amendment.
1. Start the Amendment
Open the exact same tax file you already filed.
Go to the Federal Taxes tab (or Personal in some versions).
Select Other Tax Situations.
Scroll down to Other Tax Forms and select Amend a Return.
Follow the prompts. TurboTax will display your original return before letting you make changes. This is vital because the IRS needs to see the "Before" and "After" on Form 1040-X.
2. Remove the Dependent
Navigate to the Personal Info tab .You will see a list of your dependents.
Select Delete (the trash can icon) next to the name of the dependent you need to remove.
Confirm the deletion. TurboTax will automatically recalculate your return, which will likely result in you owing money back (since you are losing the dependent credit).
3. Review Form 1040-X
TurboTax will generate Form 1040-X.
In the Explanation of Changes section, clearly state why you are removing the dependent (e.g., "Removing dependent [Name] who is claiming themselves on their own return").
4. File the Amendment
E-filing: If you e-filed your original 2025 return, you can likely e-file the amendment. Follow the on-screen instructions to transmit it. Also, be sure your file has been accepted by the IRS before amending. Most likely it has, but I thought i would mention it anyway.

Choose Direct deposit and Continue.

If you've already filed and your return has been accepted (or mailed), it's too late to change your bank account for direct deposit.
What if I entered the wrong bank account for direct deposit?

It's possible to file an amended return of an already-amended return, but it's not exactly supported by the software, so I believe you'll need to follow the below Community advice for the correct method(s) to prepare your re-amended filing. You should also wait until your initial amended return has been accepted by the IRS, and you can check that here.
Basically, to do the second amended return you have to start with a dummy "original" return that incorporates the changes that were made by the first amended return. Then you can simply go through the normal amending process. There are two ways to produce the dummy original return. Both ways are hard to explain and to understand.
One way always works, for both federal and state, but it's for desktop only, and you have to have a copy of the .tax file for the actual original return that you filed, before the first amended return. You make a copy of the .tax file for the original return with a different name. Open the copy and make the changes that you made in the first amended return, but without going through the amending process. That gives you an original return that incorporates the changes from the first amended return. A variation of this method, if you don't have the .tax file for the original return, is to create a new return from scratch, reproducing the original return. But that's a lot of work and very error-prone.
The other way is to open the first amended return and delete the Form 1040X. That will leave you with what appears to be an original return, but incorporates the changes from the first amended return. This will usually work for the federal return only. In theory it should work for the state also, but some states don't let you delete the amended form, or it immediately comes back after you delete it. Sometimes deleting the state amended form makes the federal 1040X reappear. The results vary for different states, and sometime vary even for the same state, depending on the exact sequence of steps that you follow. With some states there seems to be a problem even deleting the federal 1040X.

As your proceed through the state interviews in TurboTax, most will have questions about penalties, filing extensions, and amending a return. It's possible that you may have clicked yes to filing an amended return in the New York interview, which is why TurboTax would be asking you about it.

To adjust your returns so that only your income is taxed by New York (NY) and both incomes are correctly reported in New Jersey (NJ), you must use the Income Allocation screens in your tax software. When filing a joint return as nonresidents, NY requires you to report your total joint federal income first to determine a base tax rate. However, you then allocate only your specific wages to NY so that the final tax is only applied to your portion.
In the NY state tax section, look for a screen titled "New York Income Allocation" or "W-2 Summary". When asked if all your wages were earned in NY, select No. You will see a list of W-2s for both you and your spouse. Choose to allocate your W-2 - you can select "Allocate by Number of Days" or "100% NY" if your employer considers all your remote work as NY-sourced under the "convenience of the employer" rule. Select "0% NY" or "Don't allocate this employer" for your spouse's W-2.
NY uses an "Income Factor" (NY income divided by total income) to calculate your final tax. After allocating, this factor should reflect only your wages, significantly reducing the tax amount and potential penalties.
