Unfortunately, there is NO military tax discount on TurboTax Experts or TurboTax Desktop products.
In TurobTax Online, Switch Products or Clear and Start Over may be found in the lower left hand corner of the screen if it is available to you.
See also this TurboTax Help. As long as you:
have not submitted payment,
deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, or
registered your product,
you may erase your return and start from scratch in TurboTax Online. If you have done any of these things, you will need to manually edit your return.
To get started for the Military discount, enter your W-2 and verify your military rank when prompted within the TurboTax Online Product (Free Edition, Deluxe, Premium). Your military tax discount will be applied when you are ready to file.

If you are starting a new rental schedule for 2025, and you own a percentage of the rental property, enter dollar amounts for the basis of the asset that represent the portion of the property that you own (the price you paid, as was stated by @PatriciaV earlier in this thread).
See this TurboTax tips article for more information about rental property deductions and this tax tips article about rental depreciation.

I don't see that the update was released on February 27th to deal with the 529 Room and Board issue. What is Turbo Tax's official stance on this defect in its program? Time is running out.

If you need to amend your tax return to add a Form 1099-R that was not included on your original tax return, you must wait until your return is fully processed and you have received your refund before preparing and filing your amended tax return.
If you mailed your tax return, you will have to mail your amended return as well.
You can use the IRS tool, Where's My Refund to track your refund. If you mailed your tax return, it could take 6 to 8 weeks for your tax return to process.
Once your tax return is fully processed, to amend your return using TurboTax Online you will:
Log in to your TurboTax account.
At your homepage, look for "Your tax returns & documents" and select the correct tax year.
Then you will select the "Amend (change) return" dropdown and in the dropdown choose "Amend using TurboTax Online".
Follow your prompts, and select your reason for amending.
Make your corrections (add your Form 1099-R information).
Make sure to review your return before filing and then follow the prompts to e-file (if you e-filed your original return only) or print and mail Form 1040-X to the IRS.
You will be able to track your amended return using this link Where's My Amended Return? on IRS.gov.
Click here for additional information regarding filing an amended return.
Click here for additional information about e-filing your Form 1040-X.
If you have additional information or questions regarding this, please return to Community and we would be glad to help.

You can follow the guidance from @baldietax for state-tax-exempt interest dividends once you receive any or all of your Forms 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-OID, or 1099-B from your brokerage. Until you receive those year-end tax reports, you should not enter anything into your tax return related to income from this investment or others. You may need to log into your account online and download the tax forms manually to begin tax reporting.

A health insurance plan you are covered by as a retiree can qualify as self-employed health insurance, as long as the coverage wasn't paid by nontaxable retirement distributions. You could not use the insurance for an active employee as that would be an employer plan.
Medicare premiums you voluntarily pay to obtain insurance in your name that is similar to qualifying private health insurance can be used to figure the deduction. Amounts paid for health insurance coverage from retirement plan distributions that were nontaxable because you are a retired public safety officer can’t be used to figure the deduction.
But, don't include amounts for any month you were eligible to participate in a health plan subsidized by your employer or your spouse's employer or the employer of either your dependent or your child who was under the age of 27 at the end of 2025. This is discussed in the Instructions for Form 7206.
See this TurboTax tips article for more information about the self-employed health insurance deduction.

If error check requires it, I would recommend entering the state distribution in boxes 14-16.
You are able to check the Federal and state balances to be refunded or owed. Print out or view the Federal 1040 income tax return and the state income tax return(s) to ensure that the balances of your income tax returns are not being changed.
You may print or view your full tax returns prior to filing after you have paid for the software.
View the entries down the left side of the screen at Tax Tools.
Select Print Center.
Select Print, save or preview this year's return.

The cause of this is often cookies/temporary files on your computer. Since these files can interfere with how the software loads, cleaning them out usually fixes the issue.
If you are using the web-based version, try these three troubleshooting methods:
Clear out your stored cache and cookies
Use an Incognito or Private window
Try logging in through a different web browser (for example, moving from Chrome to Firefox or Edge)
If you are using Desktop, manually update: log into your program and select Online, Check for updates in the top menu.
