The section on Schedule 1-A refers to MAGI but is based on AGI plus a few additions.  Tax exempt interest is not one of those additions.  Is that correct?  That is different than MAGI calculations for Medicare Surcharge.  Turbo tax is allowing me to take the full $12,000 deduction based on AGI without adjusting for Tax exempt income.

Does the IRS show a transcript of a 2024 return that you filed? https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript   What does it say in your online account with TurboTax for 2024? What does it say in your account?  Does it show that the return was accepted?   Or does it say something else---like "rejected," "printed," or "ready to mail?”   If you discover or realize that your e-file was rejected, or just never filed, you will need to print it, sign and date it in ink, and file it by mail now, since e-filing is closed for returns for tax year 2024.

Sounds like even though you deleted the NEC and re-entered it, your browser is still using the pre-updated versions. Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit.       Log Out Completely: Before doing anything else, click Sign Out in the TurboTax menu. Clear Cache and Cookies: This removes old, "corrupted" data that might be confusing the website. Use an Incognito (Private) Window: This is the most effective "quick fix" because it launches the browser without any saved history or extensions (like AdBlockers) that often interfere with tax forms. Restart the Browser: Close all open windows of your browser entirely and then reopen it. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.
To clarify, what version of TurboTax are you using? Is it online or Desktop?

My son (11) and daughter (9) both have UTMA accounts with dividends (son: ~$2400, daughter: ~$2000) and interest (son: $54, daughter: ~$40). There are also capital gains in those accounts (of about ~$2500) which are more than offset by capital gains losses that I have. They have no other income. My understanding is that the first $1300 of UTMA earnings are tax free, the next $1300 is taxed at their rate and beyond that, it is taxed at our rate. My question is where do I do this on Turbotax? I imported the 1099-DIV and 1099-INT into Turbotax when I imported the same from my brokerage account from the same bank, but there is no place to indicate that these accounts are theirs. I also put the information in the "Less Common Income", and then "Child's Income". But now I feel like I'm double counting that income? Should I only include it in one place? Which one? Or is both the right way to do it.

You owe an excess HSA contribution penalty on the 5329 only if you carried over the excess to 2026; if you instead withdrew or will withdraw the excess before April 15, 2026, then there is no penalty and no carryover to 2026.   NOTE, if this is your situation, on your 2026 TurboTax return, when you are asked if you "overfunded" your HSA last year (i.e., in 2025), then you would answer "No", because the withdrawal of the excess by the original due date of the return "cures" the overfunding.

A disaster distribution, officially referred to as a Qualified Disaster Recovery Distribution (QDRD) for disasters occurring in 2021 and later, is a withdrawal from an eligible retirement plan or IRA made by an individual who has suffered an economic loss due to a federally declared major disaster.   To qualify for this type of distribution in 2025, this is the criteria: Location: Your principal residence must be located within a qualified disaster area at any time during the disaster's official incident period. Economic Loss: You must have sustained an economic loss because of the disaster. Examples of loss include property damage (from fire, flooding, wind, etc.), displacement from your home, or loss of livelihood due to temporary or permanent layoffs. Federal Declaration: The event must be declared a major disaster by the President. Timing: The distribution must generally be made on or after the first day of the incident period and before the date that is 180 days after the latest of the disaster's start date or its declaration date. If a withdrawal is classified as a qualified disaster distribution, it receives special tax treatment: The typical 10% early withdrawal penalty for individuals under age 59½ is waived. You can choose to include the distribution in your taxable income equally over a three-year period (starting with the year of the distribution), or you can elect to be taxed on the full amount in the year of receipt. You have three years from the day after you receive the distribution to repay all or part of the funds back into an eligible retirement plan or IRA. Repaid amounts are treated as tax-free rollovers. The maximum amount you can treat as a qualified disaster recovery distribution is $22,000 per disaster. Form 8915-F is used to report these distributions, track the three-year income spread, and report any repayments.

You should have received an email from Intuit that told you how you paid for your tax return and how you would receive your refund.  That email would be your best help.     If you can't find the email then you can go back and log in to your TurboTax account and print your 2025 tax return.  It will save as a pdf file to your computer and the first page of the pdf file will have all of the payment details that you need.
I haven't contributed in many years and I don't know how much!

It's likely a discrepancy with the IRS database or a dealer reporting error. Keep in mind that some letters and numbers can look very similar, like the upper O and zero. Also lowercase l and number 1.   It could be helpful that you go back, and double-check what you entered to make sure you typed everything exactly. You should delete the vehicle entry and re enter it. You still have the option to print and mail your return, including the documents of the VIN.
