Log out of TurboTax Online, restart your device, and try again.
For the best experience, ensure your browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, or Edge) is updated to the latest version. Chrome generally works well with Mac.
Clearing cache and cookies often helps as well.
Sometimes Mac users encounter a problem in that the area where they need to take an action is outside the viewable area of their screen. This often happens with the button you need to click to pay for the state e-file In that case, the solution is to adjust the Display, or attach a second monitor with more viewable area. One user suggested a minimum display area of 1024 x 768.
