Yes, it works. Let's try the following before you re-enter them again. Close your return before you begin.
Try clearing the cookies and cache. It handles many issues that seem nonsensical on a regular basis with online activity. Watch to be sure you are selecting 'all time' as example. Do not use selections like 'last hour' for those browsers that give you options.
How to clear your cache
Once this is complete open your return and try again.
If you are using TurboTax Desktop, save your return, then at the top select Online, then Check for updates.

child’s name and go through all of the interview questions carefully and slowly. Read every screen top to bottom.
Make sure you have entered your child as a dependent in My Info, and that you have entered the child's Social Security number. Careful— do not say that your child’s SSN is not valid for employment. If your child was born in 2025 make sure you said he lived with you the whole year. There is an oddly worded question that asks if the child paid over half their own support. Say NO to that question.
If your dependent was a full-time college student, make sure you were careful on the MY INFO screen for “Uncommon situations” and that you indicated there that they were a student.
Have you entered income from working in 2025? If not, you will not receive an income tax refund based on having dependent children.
The maximum amount of the child tax credit is now $2200 per child; the refundable “additional child tax credit” amount is $1700. In order to get that credit, you have to have income from working.
Take the amount you earned from working. Subtract $2500. Multiply the rest by 15%. That is the additional child tax credit per child that you canget—- up to the maximum of $1700 per child. If the amount you earned from working was low, you will not get the full $1700 per child.
If your child is older than 16 at the end of 2025, you do not get the CTC. But you may still get the non-refundable $500 credit for other dependents instead.

I am having the same issue. I filed my 2025 taxes today (2/28/26), but I went back and looked because I had the same issue--it calculated my kicker credit, but my refund amount did not change. I filed my 2024 taxes in Oregon (for the past few years before that), so I qualify. My 2025 OR-40-P's Line 65 (Overpayment of tax) is the difference between Line 55 (Tax after standard and carryforward credits) and Line 64 (Total payments and refundable credits), but it does not appear that my kicker credit on Line 56 is being included in that calculation/as part of my refund since it is not taking it into account. The net refund line on Line 76 also does not appear to have it factored in, either. I would like this re-examined. I selected "send my file to an expert", and the token that was generated is 1335481. @DawnC @LenaH

I agree, and why should I need to make so many changes to my computer that may cause other issues. Is TurboTax going to post something online saying they are having this issue and then post a count down as to when it is fixed? I have been questioning why I pay each year when the returns get simpler each year now that itemization is rarely justified.

You may not want this answer ---but only the IRS is in control.
Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities. There is no rule as to which one will come in first or how long it will be between their arrival in your account.
TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer. “21 days” is not a promise from TurboTax or the IRS.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2025 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
https://www.irs.gov/refunds
To track your state refund:
https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-refund/track-state-refund/L3jgO8PGs_US_en_US?uid=lt447ebr
If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing

.
https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-refund/irs-refund-taking-longer-21-days/L2vRAJbdU_US_en_US?uid=lexe7lst
If you are getting earned income credit on line 27 or additional child tax credit on line 28 You are subject to the delay required by the PATH act. Do not expect your refund before early March
https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/internal-revenue-service/federal-refunds-delayed-due-path-act/L5jnQJsBi_US_en_US
Note: “Accepted” is not the same as “approved”. TurboTax tells you the e-file was accepted if the IRS deems that there is enough information on the return for them to take it in for processing. Only the IRS can approve of the refund, which is a later stage of processing. If the IRS approves your refund they will provide a date for the refund to be issued.

Where's My Refund shows your refund status:
Return Received – We received your return and are processing it.
Refund Approved – We approved your refund and are preparing to issue it by the date shown.
Refund Sent – We sent the refund to your bank or to you in the mail. It may take 5 days for it to show in your bank account or several weeks for your check to arrive in the mail.

UPDATE: My Colorado State return has now advanced to the "Refund Approved and Sent" final stage. Tip: Click on the pic below for an easier to read view. So, here's an updated summary of the timeline for Colorado to process my tax return, so far: My return showed "Accepted" in TurboTax on February 5, 2026. This is when Colorado state placed it in their "Return Not Received or Not Yet Processed" BLACK HOLE queue. My return advanced to the "Return Received & Being Processed" stage on February 19, 2026. The timeline to this point shows it took Colorado 14 days to start processing my return. My return advanced to the "Refund Reviewed" stage on, February 21, 2026. I added 2 more days to the timeline, which made it 16 days at this point. My return advanced to the "Refund Approved and Sent" final stage today, February 28, 2026. I added 7 more days to the timeline, which is now at 23 days. I am now waiting for the refund to be deposited to my checking account. I will post a final update once that happens. This is just my opinion. I believe these extended timelines are now the new norm for Colorado State to process tax returns because of the additional measures they take to prevent fraud. Also, when they start processing returns at the beginning of each tax season, it takes them time to ramp up and catch up with the backlog of early filers. Hopefully this will help everyone to somewhat set your own expectations for the processing of your tax return with the State. Hang in their everyone! There is light at the end of the tunnel!

There is also a new $6,000 Enhanced Senior Deduction, which is an additional deduction, separate from the standard deduction. Here is some information you may find helpful: What's the new tax law for the senior deduction?

My Income Summary for 1099-Div has a Math Error
It says the Current Year total for 1099-DIV is $26,182, and it underlines it.
When I click on the hyperlink to view the details, it says the only dividend entered so far is $12,095.
I uploaded my file, and it was assigned token: 144428508-55698696
(It is tedious to have to type that by hand. Enabling a text copy would be helpful for that.)
This occurred in the TT 2025 Premier edition for Windows.
How can I get the summary total to reconcile with the detail item that was entered?
Thanks for letting me ask about that.

Are you 65 or older?
The “senior deduction” is added automatically by the software based on the date of birth and filing status you entered into MY INFO. You do not need to take any extra steps to enter it. (And…the new senior deduction has nothing to do with whether you are getting Social Security)
The deduction is not on the same line as your standard deduction. It is shown separately.on line 13b.
2025 STANDARD DEDUCTION AMOUNTS
SINGLE $15,750 (65 or older/legally blind + $2000)
MARRIED FILING SEPARATELY $15,750 (65 or older/legally blind +1600)
MARRIED FILING JOINTLY $31,500 (65 or older/legally blind + $1600)
HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD $23,625 (65 or older/legally blind + $2000)
For 2025 through 2028 there is an extra deduction amount of up to $6000 per individual 65 or older filing Single, MFJ, or HOH which is phased out for taxpayers with modified adjusted gross income over $75,000 for single filers and $150,000 for joint filers.
(The deduction phases out completely at $175.000 Single or HOH, or $250,000 joint)
The $6,000 senior deduction will be calculated on 1040 Schedule 1-A page 2 Part V Enhanced Deduction for Seniors which goes to 1040 line 13b. It is separate and in addition to the Standard Deduction or your Itemized Deductions on 1040 line 12e. Turbo Tax automatically includes it.

If you are not getting the senior deduction it is because
Your date of birth in MY INFO shows that you were not 65 by the end of 2025
Your income is too high
You are filing married filing separately
