I received less than $1,500.00 in Interest Income and no 1099-INT forms. Do I still need to report it on form 1040? The total is around $700.00.

When you sign into TurboTax, what is your e-file status?   How do I check my e-file status?   Once you submit your return in TurboTax Online, you'll see its status on the Tax Home screen of your account. We'll also send you emails letting you know when your e-file status changes.   You can visit the IRS Where's My Refund? site to check if your e-filed return has been received.
Thanks, you have a typo on the document date it is December 28, 2018 not 2028

@ stephanielow1224  Or I guess your question could be interpreted another way.   Are you unable to log into your Online TurboTax account at all because of the 2-factor authentication?  i.e, are you unable to log in because you can't get a code, which is texted to the old phone number?   The answer above with the detailed steps to change the phone number assumes you can log in and get to your Intuit Account settings.  If you can't log in at all, we can tell you how to recover access to your account without using the old phone number.
In TurboTax Desktop click "Skip Import." In TurboTax Online click "Enter a different way."

You do not need a code sent to the old phone number to change the phone.  See if you can follow these steps exactly (assuming you can still log in; if you can't log in, see my comment which follows this one.)   Log into Online TurboTax, then in the left column, scroll down to choose the tab Intuit Account. When you are inside the Intuit Account settings, in the left column choose tab "Sign In & Security." Then expand the Phone section. Your phone information will appear. Do NOT select any code options there (just leave it alone), and do NOT click the Continue button, or it will try to send a code to the old phone number. Instead, click on the word Change (in blue) adjacent to the displayed old phone number. On the next screen Add your new phone number and click SAVE. It may then ask to send a code to that new phone to verify it. Then go back to your phone settings, and it should now show the new phone number, and should say "verified" adjacent to it.

The inability to import Vanguard data into TT premier is a continuing issue on March 16. (It was supposed to be fixed by February 15). The problem is that the import appears successful, but no data is actually imported into TT. There is now a new error message:  Error Building Screen:/import/begin import.  Vanguard states that this is a problem with TT.

Yes.  If each of you is entitled to to credit for half of the income tax withheld on those wages, then if you had $10,000 of tax withheld, and your spouse had $5,000 of tax withheld, you would each get credit on your tax return for $7,500 - one half of the combined $15,000 tax withheld.  So yes, you have to adjust your tax withholding.  Under IRS rules, you must report half of all community income (like W-2 wages) and half of the total withholding on your individual return, requiring a manual adjustment via Form 8958.

I closed the retail portion of my multi-member LLC business and am now just renting out the building.  I have created the new asset (building) in the Rental Real Estate section but I can't get TurboTax Business to stop the old depreciation of the building when it was being used for retail.  It is showing up as having double depreciation for this tax year.

I have been unable to import information from my 2 Vanguard brokerage accounts.  At the beginning, I had no difficulty making the connection with Vanguard. Very quickly after the screen showed the download in process, the transfer abruptly ended without adding any Vanguard data to TT.  Too, the name "Vanguard" did not appear in my successful imports.  I went through this process a half dozen times with the same problem. The next time I got this message:                                      Error Building Screen:/import/begin import   The same thing happened with attempts to import data from both Vanguard accounts.
