The only reason you need the 1098 form from your mortgage company is if you itemize deductions on your Federal and/or state tax return. If your 2024 tax return is available you could check to see if you had a Federal Schedule A on that tax return to see if you itemized on your Federal return last year. Even if you took the standard deduction in 2024, it would still be worthwhile to try to get the 1098 form to see if it would be helpful for your 2025 return.
Have you tried calling PNC Bank to see if they might be able to help you access your Form 1098 for your account? Their phone number is 1-800-822-5626 according to the PNC Mortgage Customer Service website.

Try going back to the Rental Income and Expenses section to see if there was a property created there and shown on the Schedule E summary page. If there appears to be an entry there, click the trash can icon or Delete next to it. This will remove the forms that were added to your return.
Go to Wages and Income > Rentals, Royalties, and Farm > Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E) and click Update to see the summary page.

The reason you are seeing this is the Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit is nonrefundable and cannot be carried forward.
Most Residential Clean Energy Credits (from Form 5695, Part I) credits can carry forward if they exceed your tax, but the Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit (Part II) cannot carry forward. Insulation is a Part II item. So if your 2025 tax liability is zero, the insulation credit is lost, there’s no carryforward under current law.

There is a list of qualifications and instructions to enter your medicare part B deduction.
Qualifications for self employed health insurance (includes medicare).
To get health insurance deduction, your Schedule C must show a net profit.
The deduction amount generally can't exceed your net profit amount.
If you (or your spouse if filing jointly) were eligible to participate in an employer's health plan during any given month—even if you declined the coverage—the premium you paid for that month can't be claimed under this deduction.
Health insurance premiums you paid for your child, even if you aren't claiming them as a dependent, are eligible for this deduction as long as your child was age 26 or younger at the end of 2025.
The self-employed health insurance deduction shows up on Schedule 1, line 17.
To enter self employed health insurance:
When entering information for your business expenses. navigate to the section marked Less common
Find and select the option for Health Insurance Premiums, then click Continue
A screen showing your list of expenses should appear next. Select the Start button next to the Health Insurance Premiums section
You can add or change your self employed insurance:
Sign into your TurboTax account
Select Income and Expenses > Work on other income > Select Edit/Add beside Self-employment income and expenses
Edit beside your business > Scroll 'Less common' > Scroll to 'Business Insurance' > Click the box next to it and Continue
Scroll to Business Insurance, select Start or Review
