In the premier version, go to Federal taxes, wages and income, and there is a section for Interest and Dividends. Does that answer your question?

You seem to be posting from online TurboTax. Did you actually download your desktop software and use it? If so, you open your TurboTax software from your own hard drive, then go up to the top of your screen and click "File" then click "New Tax Return" to start a new return using your desktop software.
We see people get confused and they keep logging in to online software which will require them to pay at the end. You need to use the desktop software. One way to tell if you are using the right software---your tool bar. Online software has the toolbar in a black vertical column on the left side of the screen. Desktop software has the tools up on the top of your TT screen.

SAVE YOUR TAX RETURNS !
EVERY year before mid-October you should save a copy of your tax return as a pdf and print a copy of it for your records. That way you will not be searching online frantically when you need it for a lender, FAFSA forms, your next tax return, etc.

I have the same situation and question, but I'm following up to ask whether I could enter my direct fed & state tax payments under the "Other Income Taxes Paid in 2025", "Withholding not entered on a W-2 or 1099". When I do that, the outcome seems to be the same - no penalty. But the guidance of AnnetteB6 makes me wonder if I am doing something wrong :(
