Definition: It stands for a "Cafeteria Plan" or "Section 125 Plan," which allows for pre-tax deductions on benefits. Tax Impact: The amounts listed here are pre-tax, meaning they have already been deducted from your taxable wages, resulting in a lower tax bill. Informational Purposes: These entries in Box 14 are usually for information only, and they typically do not need to be entered into tax software to calculate your taxes, as they are already accounted for in Box 1.

Do you have a reject code? It should tell you what you need to correct.   Here's how you can fix it:  Sign in to your account and select the Fix my return button. Follow any “fix it” instructions to update the information causing the rejection.    Note: Not all rejections will have explicit guides to fix the information. You’ll need to navigate to the program area to address the cause of the rejection.    Time-saving Tip: If what you originally entered is correct, you won't be able to e-file. There's probably a data mismatch at the government, a dependent that's already been claimed, or some other situation beyond your control that prevents your return from being e-filed. In this case, your only option would be to print and mail in your return. This article will give you instruction on how to print and mail your return.    Additional reject instruction here.

I have Windows Home & Business program.   Do you have an amount on line 41e for the Senior Deduction?  If you have a high income you do not get the 6,000 or 12,000 subtracted.    I see the 12,000 shows up on my What-If in columns 2-4 but is not  subtracted because line 40 income is over the max.    For Single the deduction starts to phase out at 75,000 and maxes out at 175,000 For Joint the deductions starts to phase out at 150,000 and maxes out at 250,000

After checking further, the instructions are being updated.  I created a simple test case in the desktop version of TurboTax, but did not have any issues with a penalty.     If you are not comfortable sharing a diagnostic copy of your return, please share the exact message you are seeing with regard to a penalty along with where in the process you are seeing this message.  That information may be useful to try to help you.   @farnorcal

I'm having a related issue.  The Form K1 first page, the page that is the actual K1 form comes up blank.  I can access it from the Forms menu, but then selecting print from that screen or print preview, it still presents that page blank, so I'm unable to print the actual form.  Anyone figure this out?   I have not found a way to talk to an actual person at TurboTax about this software issue.  They keep me in a circle trying to get me to buy an upgraded support package.
