If you are referring to an amount you are seeing at your Tax home screen to the right of Investments and savings that does not match the amounts showing on the following screen after you click on Add/Edit and see the list of your investments, this is often due to how the summary is calculated, rather than an error.
For example, the summary screen may group different types of income (interest, dividends, and capital gains) in a way that make the displayed total look different than what you see on the itemized list.
To verify your return is correct, you can use the "Preview my 1040" feature by clicking Tax Tools, Tools, View Tax Summary, then clicking on Preview my 1040 (above Tax tools on the left panel) and review Lines 2, 3 and 7.
If these lines align with your own calculations, then your return is mathematically correct and you do not need to make any corrections.
If you notice an amount is off, however, you can review the documents you have entered in TurboTax, making sure you have accurately inputted the amounts from each applicable box.
