Hello,   I have an issue with trying to save. I get to the end where I'm going to e-file, I click the payment button.  It goes goes to the payment screen, says we are going to save your return,  the screen goes white and I get the circle of wait, It doesn't go away. If I cancel the save, the next screen says your payment didn't go through. This has been has been happening for the last few hours. I've restarted TT, It's been updated, and restarted my computer several times. None of that worked.    Any help would be appreciated.   Thank you!   J

Même problème ici.  Impossible de transmettre la déclaration provinciale Québec. Importation des données de l'an passé donc tout ok . Transmission au fédéral sans problème. Impossible de cliquer sur le cercle de transmission mais on peut imp0rimer ce que je ne veux évidement pas faire. Il y a un gros cercle avec une barre qui apparait lorsque je tente de cliquer sur le lien pour transmettre.

As of 03/09 I am still receiving this message while trying to file electronically.  While it doesn't specify what is failing, I am in MN and checking filing dates.

@KGLJK Do you mean your federal tax return, Form 1040, has the watermark "Do not File"?  If so, then you need to update your TurboTax software to the latest release. Click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen.  Click on Check for Updates.   I apologize since I misunderstood your problem.  And if I missed again please elaborate on what forms you are referring to.
entering each items seperatley without "itsdeductable" seems like it will take forever.

Generally, to find ‌messages from your TurboTax Expert, you can log in to your account and click the "Expert Help" button in the top right corner of your TurboTax screen, then select "my contact history" to view messages. You can also check the bottom right corner for a floating Live help button.   If you can't see a button make sure your display settings are no more than 100%.   Check you emails, including your spam folder because if you have an email notifying you of a message from your expert, there may be a link in the email to view the message.   Also, Clear your Cache and Cookies. This often helps resolve issues. Click here for How do I delete Cookies? You can review your fees by following the instructions below.    After signing in to TurboTax, open or continue your return.  Select Tax Tools on the left side of the screen and then Tools.  A Tools Center box will pop up on your screen.  Select the My Fees box on the right.    If your TurboTax fees are higher than expected, you can reduce them by removing add-ons:  Remove PLUS Help & Support  Remove Pay With Your Refund  Remove Premium Services  Remove MAX Defend & Restore  Remove a state
