I did not get a survey but I feel this CSR deserves the recognition they deserve. I was having an issue with a error message causing a rejection that I could not get resolved. I called customer support and spoke with Linda from Texas that was a delight and so patient and helpful. Even though it took nearly four hours to finally get the error to go away and allow us to finish filing,Linda had the patience of a Saint and stuck it out with us and made what could have been an infuriating experience a delight and we are forever grateful to her and wished that we could have gotten a survey to let her know how much it meant to us as well as we know how much good surveys can mean to CSR jobs. If this message ever makes it to Linda thank you again for everything.
Please clarify the exact error message you are seeing with regards to Schedule K-1 in your Form 1120 return. Also confirm that you are preparing a C-Corporation return and not an S-Corp (1120-S).
This prompt came up as well,  on my 2025 NYS return. It's the first time I remember. I said "no" but unclear what I'm saying no to. Could someone clarify once and for all?

Forgot to add:  When purchasing the ONLINE version from another retailer like Amazon there IS a license code to be used.  The Turbotax license code is provided by Amazon for use when logging into Turbotax ONLINE.  Quit saying there is no license code for the online version, THERE IS A CODE needed when purchasing from outside Turbotax.  Turbotax support: please buy your own product from Amazon to PROVE there is definitely a license code provided through Amazon for the online version.  Thanks!

TurboTax creates a worksheet called "Form 4562 Depreciation and Amortization Report" that is included with your tax return.   If you have not yet filed your TurboTax Online return, you can download your entire return (including worksheets), as a PDF file to view or print. For this option, choose Tax Tools in the left column then select Print Center.   If you have already filed your return, use these instructions: How do I view, download, or print a prior-year tax return?   If you are using TurboTax Desktop, click the Forms icon in the header. Find the depreciation report in the left column (Depr Rpt) and click the name to open it in the large window. Click the Print button at the bottom of the window.

To print your return:   TurboTax Online Go to Tax Home > Your tax returns & documents > 2025 > Access my return. Left menu: Tax Tools > Print Center. Choose “Print, save, or preview this year’s return.” Select “Include government and worksheets,” then Save as PDF. TurboTax Desktop File > Save to PDF (or Print Center), select “All forms and worksheets.”   With a $400 balance, it sounds like you might have chosen TurboTax Live Assisted or Live Full Service pricing. To avoid that, switch to a DIY product: Removing Live Assisted/Full Service: Go to File > Step 1 Review your order > Remove/Cancel Live add-on (or “Remove benefits”). This keeps your data. Downgrading product tier (e.g., Premium to Deluxe): Not always allowed mid-return. If downgrade button isn’t offered in Review your order, you must use Clear & Start Over to change tiers—but only if you haven’t paid/e-filed. That would erase entries.

Hi there, I filed my 2025 Form 1040, but it's rejected due to incomplete Form 8915F. Printed out the same form and filled it out: the amounts on Ln. 23 and Ln. 26 ended different than the amounts on the Form in TT. I used Worksheet 4 from IRS Instructions to figure out the taxable amount for 2025 year. Should I correct the amounts on TT Form 8915F and file the return again or wait for software update, which can take a quite long time? To be precise:   2024 Disaster Distribution $5000, spread over 3 years.                              First yr Taxable amount is $1667.   Thanks!

Folks:  I purchased the Turbotax 2025 ONLINE version from Amazon in January 2026.  Amazon told me to activate my ONLINE version using turbotax.com/activate.  By that time I had already started my return and when I try to activate my purchase Turbotax says there is a return already associated with my account and I should try a different account. No kidding.  Why?  I'm just trying get credit for what I've already paid for.  I just spent 53 minutes on a call with Turbotax support.  They have NO idea how to fix this.  They keep telling me to download and install the product.  NO!  I'm using the ONLINE version for a reason (Turbotax is not supporting Windows 10 anymore and I don't have a windows 11 computer).  Support needs better info for the online version for sure.  Why is this so difficult?
