Go to MY INFO to enter a dependent.
Make sure you have entered your child as a dependent in My Info, and that you have entered the child's Social Security number. Careful— do not say that your child’s SSN is not valid for employment. If your child was born in 2025 make sure you said he lived with you the whole year. There is an oddly worded question that asks if the child paid over half their own support. Say NO to that question.

Senior-level management does not read the posts on this board and they probably wouldn't care if they did. Writing a letter might get noticed at some level. This board is for TurboTax users to ask operational questions and questions re tax law, regulations, and procedures.

No. 2022 must be prepared using the desktop app and cannot be e-filed if using TurboTax or, for that matter, any other app except if you were to use a tax professional.

No. A past year return cannot be e-filed. Why do you want to send it again? Was it rejected when you e-filed it?
