Turbotax has not indicated that a CD is available for 2025. You would likely need to purchase the download and then create a cd/dvd which is not possible unless your computer has a CD/DVD drive. However, you could store it on a Thumb (USB) Drive. However, unless you have a W11 computer, you would not be able to install the 2025 app on your computer

The refundable portion of the child tax credit is the "additional child tax credit" which goes up to a maximum of $1700. You do not "get" $2200 in your refund.
The maximum amount of the child tax credit is now $2200 per child; the refundable “additional child tax credit” amount is $1700. In order to get that credit, you have to have income from working.
Take the amount you earned from working. Subtract $2500. Multiply the rest by 15%. That is the additional child tax credit per child that you can get—- up to the maximum of $1700 per child. If the amount you earned from working was low, you will not get the full $1700 per child.
If your child is older than 16 at the end of 2025, you do not get the CTC. But you may still get the non-refundable $500 credit for other dependents instead.

So every time I go to refile my taxes (due to them being rejected) it won’t let me go past confirm payment. Whenever I press confirm payment it sends me back to the page before. I had called customer support last week trying to see what was going on and they told me multiple people were having this problem and to try again after the 26th. I’ve tried on the 26th and the 27th, but still nothing, what am I doing wrong??

The Child Tax Credit (CTC) is a partially refundable credit, meaning that only a portion of it may come back to you as a refund, and the rest is used to lower your taxable income for the year (and so, lower your overall tax due).
For 2025, the amount that is refundable is $1,7000 per the IRS. Learn more about refundable and partially refundable tax credits at this IRS knowledge link.
This TurboTax article also explains how the CTC is reduced at higher income levels:
7) Family income test - The Child Tax Credit is reduced if your modified adjusted gross income (MAGI) is above certain amounts, which are determined by your tax-filing status. The phaseout of the credit begins with $200,000 of MAGI ($400,000 for Married Filing Jointly).

And...."I made some changes after submitting..."-----Oh no----those changes went nowhere but they messed up your tax return. You cannot make changes to a tax return after you e-file it.
If there were some mistakes on the return you can only fix them if the e-file is rejected. You can fix them and re-file. But if the IRS accepted your e-file, you have to wait for the IRS to process the return fully and then amend. You cannot amend now. When and if you amend, it is done on a special form called Form 1040X which becomes available in late February. And.....you have to be able to work from your return looking exactly the way it looked when you e-filed it.
So --- if you can----change it back to the way it looked before you e-filed it and then back away from the keyboard.

You know I finished entering all my Documents and I am ready to file. My Turbo Tax 2025 too the Remaining Credit I have from 2024 and entered it in the online form for CREDIT. But, without the updated 5695 form I don't know if I can file now. It does show up in all the filing paperwork and NO ERRORS were found by Turbo Tax. Really pretty silly! THE IRS has all the DATA from Last Years filing the original Energy Credit and this year finish's the remaining credit, so I should have to fill out all the numbers again!

Form 1099-SA is about WITHDRAWING from an HSA. That has nothing to do with CONTRIBUTING to an HSA, which is what the program seems to be talking about. Did you enter a W-2 that has a code "W" in Box 12? If so, that is the HSA contribution made through your employer, and is why you are seeing that. Until you go through the entire HSA section to verify that you qualify for an HSA contribution, the program will tell you that you made an excess contribution (because it thinks you don't qualify until you tell it that you do qualify).

Because claiming a nephew or a brother usually has the same tax impact, in case that both qualify as a child dependent, this mistake does not represent any changes in your refund. You should wait for acceptance and only amend the return if the IRS asks for more information.
Just make sure that he meets all the IRS requirements to qualify as a child dependent, such as:
Relationship: The child can be your son, daughter, stepchild, eligible foster child, brother, sister, half-brother, half-sister, stepbrother, stepsister, adopted child or an offspring of any of them.
Age: Your child must be under age 19 or, if a full-time student, under age 24. There's no age limit if your child is permanently and totally disabled.
Residency: Your child must live with you for more than half the year, but several exceptions apply.
Support: Your child may have a job, but they cannot provide more than half of their own support.

It is possible.
You could claim the child as your dependent IF the child earned less than 5,200 and you supplied more than half the child's support.
According to the IRS:
Child in Canada or Mexico. You may be able to claim your child as a dependent even if the child lives in Canada or Mexico. If the child doesn't live with you, the child doesn't meet the residency test to be your qualifying child. However, the child may still be your qualifying relative. If the persons the child does live with aren't U.S. citizens and have no U.S. gross income, those persons aren't “taxpayers,” so the child isn't the qualifying child of any other taxpayer. If the child isn't the qualifying child of any other taxpayer, the child is your qualifying relative as long as the gross income test and the support test are met.
The child's gross income for the year must have been less than $5,200 AND YOU must have provided more than half of the child's total support for the tax year.
