Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.   Here are a couple FAQs to track your refund: When will I get my federal tax refund? How do I track my state refund? Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"? Why do some refunds take longer than others? What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days?

You should upload your return from the prior year before you start.  Did you log in to the same account that you used last year or did you use the desktop program for this year's return?  Either way you should use last year's return to start and then you don't have to re-enter any of the same information that you typed in then.  Delete what you have entered and start over.   @walter and shiela

@Anne04 CRA had some technical difficulties with the new system updates they implemented in January 2025 that was causing numbers to be rounded, so causing NETFILE errors. As soon as this was fixed on the CRA side and we received the updates, we had to fix it on our side too.   You can have details from the CRA website about these error codes on this link:   EFILE news and program updates   This issue should be fixed now, but if you still experiencing this issue, we invite you to review your T3s and make sure box 52 and 53 are equal to box 21.   Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
You can start here: https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/file-your-own-taxes/
You had to file an extension by April 15th.

@dyldollaz1 what state?   NC was delayed until May 1, but then two weeks ago, the IRS delayed the filing date until September 25.
To see your fees, click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Then click on Tools. You will see My Fees in the center of the screen.
