Do I only change the number in the leftmost column (Regular Tax) for line G Schedule E Suspended Losses? Or do I change the middle column (QBI) as well?

Yes, you can amend your state tax return using TurboTax. Here’s how to do it:
Go to the Amend screen.
Select Amend (change) return, then Amend using TurboTax Online.
If you're told to amend your return via TurboTax Desktop, follow the steps for TurboTax Desktop below instead.
On the screen OK, let's get a kickstart on your 2024 amended return, select The IRS or state sent me a notice (this will allow you to amend only your state return without making changes to your federal) and Continue.
On the next screen, select Something else and Continue.
On the screen Tell us which 2024 return(s) you want to amend, select 2024 state.
Continue until the Let's work on your state taxes screen. Select Amend next to your state return, and continue through the screens to make your amendments.

I've filed my taxes several years with TurboTax (including last year). I've also assisted with filings for relatives on TurboTax (including this year). I've always been asked for the previous year's AGI. This year, when going through the filing process, at no point does TurboTax request an AGI. In the filing section I get asked for a PIN (I don't have one). Next, I confirm my Drivers License information. It then asks me to look over my info one last time before landing on the page titled: It's time to sign and transmit your 2024 returns. It asks for a 5 digit signature ID, my DOB and today's date - with the Transmit My Returns Now button at the bottom right of the screen. Where can I find the section to enter my AGI from last year?

If you can provide screenshots without including any personal information that would be helpful since we are not able to recreate the issue from our end.

I can't edit or delete my comments, but Amy is correct about Big Home Tax. My code didn't work, and I was definitely caught off guard when I discovered the issue as I tried to submit my taxes. Not the surprise I needed at midnight! 😡 But, following Amy's advice, I texted Big Home Tax at the number on their webpage, and they immediately responded. They gave me a different code, and I was able to submit my taxes.

That is not what the post is about. My AGI went up as well from 2023 to 2024, but my Sales Tax Deduction went down. If the rationale is that if I made more then I spend more, my Sales Tax Deduction should be higher in 2024. However, it's lower in 2024 than 2023. My state is TX, have no state/local income tax, and am just taking the straight standard sales tax deduction. I am shocked that no Turbo Tax experts on this community can explain why this is...

I suggest a quick quiz, Married to a nonresident alien, to determine the best action for you.
A US citizen married to a nonresident alien can file a joint return. You would include all income and also file a credit for tax paid to Canada on the income.
Your filing status is determined by your marital status on Dec 31.
