You can track your refund at the Missouri Return/Refund Tracker page. If you still have questions about your state tax refund, contact the Missouri Department of Revenue.
Statement from the Missouri Department of Revenue: Generally, the timeframe for issuing refunds depends on when the return is filed and the incoming volumes. For returns filed in January with no review required, refunds can be issued within a week. However, refunds from returns filed in April can take longer. The timing of refunds is also affected by the Department’s measures to prevent identity theft and refund fraud. Refunds will only be issued when the Department has taken reasonable steps to ensure that the individuals claiming the refunds are not using stolen identities.

It seems to count now. I just had a rejected return and went to resubmit and it told me I hit my 5 limit. I called support since I have not seen this before (definitely didn't count in the past) and they confirmed it does in fact count toward the limit now and I have no option but to mail instead.

Where do I find my AGI?
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/agi/help/how-do-i-find-last-year-s-agi/01/25947
Your 2023 tax return shows your 2022 Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) If you filed a joint return then the AGI is the same for each of you.
Form 1040 line 11
If entering the amount from your 2023 tax return does not work, then try entering “0” instead. If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.
You can get a free transcript of your past return from the IRS:
https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
Note: If you filed late or amended your return, your correct 2023 AGI may not be in the system.

Did you e-file? Did you click a big orange button that said “Transmit my returns now?”
When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
If the IRS accepted it, what does it say here?
https://www.irs.gov/refunds
Or does your account say “Ready to Mail?” Or “Rejected?” Or “Printed?”

SAVE YOUR TAX RETURNS !
EVERY year before mid-October you should save a copy of your tax return as a pdf and print a copy of it for your records. That way you will not be searching online frantically when you need it for a lender, FAFSA forms, your next tax return, etc.

To E-file your tax return, you will need EITHER last year's self-created 5-digit PIN, or last year's AGI (adjusted gross income). Your 5-digit PIN isn't saved anywhere; in this case you can use you AGI instead.
Your 2023 AGI is located within your prior-year tax documents Form 1040, Line 11.
There are a few reasons why your AGI, even if it is correct, it might not work, such as if your 2023 return was processed after April 15th, 2024. In this case, you can try putting "0" for the AGI. See the link below for more details and scenarios. If after trying with "0" it keeps getting rejected, you will have to paper-file your return.
How do I find last year's AGI?
If you filed Married last year, the AGI should be the same for both. If not, try putting "0" for her.

CAN I USE TURBOTAX TO AMEND IF THE RETURN WAS PREPARED SOMEWHERE ELSE?
If you did not use TurboTax to prepare your tax return, it is possible to amend the return using TurboTax but it will really be a pain. It would be better to use the software or service used to file originally. If a paid preparer made a mistake on your tax return, that tax preparer should do the amended return for you at no charge.
In order to use TurboTax to amend your return, you need to purchase the desktop software for the tax year and re-create the return EXACTLY as it appeared when it was filed with the IRS/states. Every line has to be the same. Then you have to "trick" the software into thinking you filed by saying you will mail the return. (but do not mail it) AFTER that, you use the software to prepare a Form 1040X, which has to be printed, signed and mailed to the IRS. It takes the IRS about 4-6 months to process an amended return

Are you referring to New York? (.."it is the law that state requires it to be e-filed..")
New York prefers e-filed returns, but there are certain circumstances that make it necessary for you to file your NY return by mail and the state DOES allow mailed returns. If you could not or did not e-file your federal return then your NY return cannot be e-filed. It has to be mailed. It is not possible to e-file any state return if the federal return was not e-filed and accepted by the IRS.
