On my 1099-K form Im having trouble attaching a link to Schedule C. How do I do this? I've been stuck on this for a while now.
It’s telling me I have to have the agi from last year to verify my identity to file this year. How do I find my old account or how can I find my adjusted gross income from last year?

This is not a chat room. It works like a bulletin board.   Very few people are in the forum this early in the day,  When you ask a question, you have to wait until someone sees it who feels like they can comment on it.   If you've already filed, you can view/print/download a choice of PDFs.  To get the larger PDF with the worksheets you have to open your return back up and go to the Print Center as I'll explain in detail below.   NOTE:  When you open your return back up, do not make any changes in it if it's already been filed.  If you later have to amend the return, it has to start off exactly as it was when it was originally filed.   Log in and at the Tax Home or in the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents" for 2025, look for a link "Add a State." Click on "Add a State."  (you don't really add one.  That's just to open your return back up.) After the return interview is open, click in the left menu column on the tab TAX TOOLS, then PRINT CENTER. Then choose "Print, save, view this year's return." The next screen should ask what you want in your PDF:  Federal. state, or both (I always save both--just in case) and offer some options:  "Just my tax returns", or "include government worksheets (optional)", or "include government and TurboTax worksheets (optional.)"  The latter has the most pages. NOTE:  Remember all PDF tax documents and tax data files are very sensitive files, since they contain your personal ID info, financial data, and possibly bank account numbers, etc.  Be sure to store them safely and securely to guard against computer theft, hacking, etc.

It is too late to get the federal stimulus checks which were issued for tax years 2020 and 2021.  There have been no other federal stimulus checks since 2021.   You are now too late to get a refund for a 2022 tax return--the refund has been forfeited.   If you owe tax due, it is owed with late filing penalties and interest.    You can use the desktop download software on a full PC or Mac to prepare past year returns. You cannot change the tax year.   The current online program is for 2025 only.   Only a 2025 return can be prepared online and only a 2025 return can be e-filed.   Online preparation and e-filing for 2022, 2023, and  2024 is permanently closed. Note:  The desktop software you need to prepare the prior year return must be installed/downloaded to a full PC or Mac.  It cannot be used on a mobile device.   To file a return for a prior tax year  If you need to prepare a return for 2022, 2023, or 2024  you can purchase and download desktop software to do it, then print, sign,  and mail the return(s) https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/ You may also want to explore purchasing the software from various retailers such as Amazon, Costco, Best Buy, Walmart, Sam’s, etc.   Remember to prepare your state return as well—if you live in a state that has a state income tax.   https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/state-taxes/contact-state-department-revenue/L9qVToi02_US_en_US?uid=m6e06um0     https://www.irs.gov/refunds   Refunds for tax years 2021 or earlier have been forfeited and will not be paid to you even if shown on the tax return form.  But if you owe tax due, you will still have to pay, and you will be billed later for the interest and penalties owed.  TurboTax will not calculate the penalties or  interest.   That will be done by the IRS/state after they receive your return with your payment of the tax due as shown on the tax form(s).       When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.   Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses.  Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
An extension must be filed by April 15th, so at this point, it is too late to file an extension.

Paying your fees did not file your tax return.   If you did not go all the way through the FILE section to click a big orange button that said "Transmit my returns now" then you did not e-file.   The only way to file a 2024 tax return now in 2026 is by mail.    You will need to print it, sign and date it in ink, and mail  it in.

I was in the process of filling out info and hadn’t completed filing when some innocuous box was checked and I was charged $84.21 for a product I will not use right now.

If the email with the 6-digit code is not going to your spam/junk folder, here's something else to try:   You can go to your settings in your Intuit Account and may be able to verify your email address there if it's not verified.  Or you can correct/change the email address if desired (using the steps below.)     Here's how: In the left menu column scroll way down to Intuit Account. Then once in the account choose tab Sign In & Security. See if your email address has a tiny link beside it that says "not verified".  If so, click that to verify. Perhaps once you verify it there in the account settings, it won't ask you to verify it again when you are efiling. Or you can change that notifications email address, if desired.  If you do, also verify it while you are in the account settings.   If after all that, you still can't resolve your issue, here's how to reach TurboTax Support 5AM-9PM Pacific.   FAQ: What is the TurboTax phone number? https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/using-turbotax/help/what-is-the-turbotax-phone-number/00/25632   If you use Free Edition and don't have phone support, another way to reach them if you have social media is to direct message a Support agent: https://x.com/TeamTurboTax or https://www.facebook.com/turbotax
